Purpose

‍Henrik Lydings Memorial Delegate works for openness, accountability and high ethical standards in all matters. This Whistleblower Policy allows all stakeholders to confidentially report matters that conflict with legislation, internal regulations or the values of the Foundation.

History and Values of the Foundation

‍Henrik Lyding's Memorial Delegate was established to commemorate Henrik Lyding's life and work in performing arts. The purpose of the foundation is to support performing artists in Denmark through grants and support schemes over a 10-year period. Our work is based on respect, integrity and responsible management of the fund's funds.

What can be reported?

Examples of conditions that can be reported:

• Misuse of the Fund's funds
• Offences
• Fraud, corruption or bribery
• Serious cooperation problems
• Unethical behavior

How to Report?

‍Reporting is done anonymously and confidentially via an external whistleblower portal.
